2009 Patriots Fall Ball

Play Ball USA’s Fall Developmental League is structured similar to that of a Major League Spring Training. It is designed to give players specific instruction on Offensive and Defensive Skills while having the opportunity to work on the field with the coaches during live game situations. Beginning August 22nd, players will have the opportunity to work on their baseball skills with professional practices and exhibition games, all to be held at Oakton Community College.
Also included in the Fall League is hitting and pitching team instructional sessions with PBUSA’s staff of professional instructors and strength and conditioning sessions with our Strength and Conditioning Coordinator to be held at the Des Plaines PBUSA Facility.

13U & 14U All-Star Game

The Chicago Elite Showcase is a one of a kind event that is designed to display and promote the talent of the top 13 & 14 year old baseball players in the greater Chicagoland area.
Gone are the days when the best players from each town square off in holiday themed, little league all-star games. Most of the quality players now participate in full time travel teams and leagues, and until now there has not been a venue for an All-Star Exhibition.
Players will not only have the opportunity to play in the game, but will also be evaluated in a pro-style showcase combine. The evaluation is the same one college recruiters and professional scouts use to judge talent and collect data.
Athletes from all the major Chicago area travel baseball circuits (MSBL, NSBL, NIML, Spring Fever) will be eligible for nomination, as well as independent teams.
