Paly Ball USA "Extra Innings" Community Service Program
Play Ball USA offers a community service program called the "Extra Innings Program". The program was started by a former Play Ball USA employee in celebration of his mother's extensive efforts to always improve the lives of those in need. She passed away from cancer in 1998, and due to her tremendous community involvement, the Village of Arlington Heights gives out the Pam Stocking Heart of Gold Award annually. The award recognizes individuals' whose passion and spirit impact the entire Village in a unique and special way. At Play Ball USA, we want to create a program that gives others a chance to embody the spirit and passion of individuals like Pam Stocking.
All Play Ball USA staff, members, family and friends are invited to join in our community service program, in an effort to make a difference in the communites that we live in. Throughout the year we will work with various organizations and volunteer programs and offer interested Play Ball USA clients, friends and families the ability to take part in important community programs throughout the Chicagoland area. We know that programs such as the "Extra Innings Program" embody what we at Play Ball USA have come to believe in as a motto, "We are not just making our clients better baseball and softball players, but also better people."
If you are interested in participating in our "Extra Innings" program, or if you have information about a community event, please email Nelson Gord (nelson@playballdirect.com).
