Play Ball USA is looking for energetic individuals to work in the following positions: 

*FACILITY CONCIERGE - Front Desk (part-time or full-time)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting & Checking-In Clients as they arrive at the facility
• Answering calls and Scheduling appointments for all services
• Sales/Marketing of Facility - Providing guests with information on available memberships, services & merchandise
• Providing tours of the facility
• Processing sales transactions
• Assisting with Member Relations and membership renewal
• Ensuring overall organization of the Front Desk area

The ideal candidate has prior customer service and/or sales experience, solid organizational and follow-up skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, an energetic phone presence and is able to take initiative and handle multiple tasks in a FUN, fast-paced, family-oriented, high-energy environment.

*BASEBALL & FASTPITCH SOFTBALL INSTRUCTORS

Play Ball USA is always looking for energetic, experienced, passionate individuals who are willing to work with baseball and softball players of all ages! Higher level playing background (college/professional) is a plus, but not required.  A passion to teach and work with kids is required!
