FITNESS MEMBERSHIP
|
- Work out in a dedicated, full service weight room with machines and equipment. This 1,400 square foot climate controlled facility features the best in machines, free-weights, and cardiovascular equipment. Plyometric bands, fitness (swiss) balls and medicine balls are also available. Annual membership includes one complimentary one hour personal fitness evaluation with a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
- Members receive special pricing on personal training and Strength & Speed sessions.
